A quiet corner of Ella, opened to guests.
Shadow Inn began as a family home overlooking the valley. Today it's a small boutique guest house — six rooms, one kitchen, and the same slow mornings that made us fall in love with the hills.

We keep the rooms simple — clean linen, hot water, private balconies — because the real luxury here is the light, the birds, and the mist that comes in the morning.
Our kitchen serves fresh Sri Lankan cooking. Ask about the day's curry, or let us pack a picnic for your hike to Little Adam's Peak.
We're a five-minute tuk from Ella town, ten minutes from the Nine Arches Bridge, and two minutes' walk from the best tea view we've found.
